Brella is a fast growing Finnish event-tech scale-up focused on offering a best of breed networking and on-site event experience. Our headquarters are in Helsinki, Finland, but our hybrid and remote team is based in multiple countries around the world!
We’re looking for a technically-savvy project manager with great communication skills who can manage (and be hands-on with) our rapidly growing volume of managed customer integration projects.
Please note: This role requires solid people & technical skills (in particular, an understanding of APIs, integrations and ideally some scripting-level knowledge in Javascript or Python).
This role contains both a project management and individual contributor (IC) component.
Working with our integration specialists, managing our integrations backlog and delegating projects to them
Meeting customers to evaluate and scope out their managed integration projects
Handle customer communications related to integrations throughout the integration’s life-cycle
Be hands-on and build customer integrations (using our tech-stack of n8n, Zapier, windmill.dev and / or scripting languages like Javascript & Python)
Evaluate and help make decisions related to our integration tech-stack
Maintain and monitor customer integration projects and fix issues in a timely manner
A successful candidate can come from different backgrounds (you could, for example, have been a SWE who wishes to transition to a more people-focused/ project management type role, you could be a product owner who knows some coding etc.).
Solid project management & communication skills
Excellent command of English (spoken and written) — you will be communicating with customers from around the world
Excellent technical skills, especially in the following areas:
Understanding of/ experience using APIs (at least REST is required, but GraphQL and SOAP are advantageous)
Ability to read, write and troubleshoot JSON
Scripting knowledge using Javascript OR Python
You don’t need to be a full-fledged software engineer/ expert, but you do need to have solid scripting skills to transform and manipulate data
Knowledge of tools like n8n, Zapier, Windmill.dev are considered an advantage, but are not a requirement
Creative problem solver with an eye for detail — you will be working on mission-critical integrations
Calm and works well under pressure (this is a must — you will work on projects for some of the largest companies, brands and event organizers around the world!)
